We are looking for a friendly and organised Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage appointment schedules and bookings.
- Handle basic administrative tasks (e.g., mail, emails).
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
