Job Description:
Are you passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and smart conversation flows? We’re looking for a talented Chatbot & AI Agent Developer to help us automate customer journeys and enhance user experiences through intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow, GPT-based APIs, Botpress, or similar tools.
• Integrate chatbots with websites, CRMs, and social media platforms.
• Train bots on custom data and optimize conversation flows.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor and improve bot performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.).
• Knowledge of Python or Node.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrating chatbots into business systems.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
